Registration for a training program shall constitute confirmation of attendance. Cancellations will be accepted only if submitted in writing no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled program date. Alternatively, the registration may be transferred to another training program offered by the firm, subject to availability.

All invoices must be settled prior to the commencement of the training program. Failure to do so entitles the DKA to cancel or withdraw the relevant registration and deny participation. The DKA further reserves its legal rights for recovery of outstanding fees.

DKA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course prior to its scheduled start date. In such cases, participants will be informed accordingly and offered the choice of either a full refund or a credit to be applied to future training program.

For the self-study learning programmes that are online, access will be provided immediately after they are purchased or within 24 working hours of receipt of cleared funds during business hours or next business day if purchased on a weekend (notification will be sent by email). The self-study learning programme will be available for a period of three (3) months, following the access provided.
